Spin for a class, car type, a specific car, drive type, rarity, race type, modification level and tune time. Class is the target you build to — a car's initial PI is just its starting point, so a low-PI car rolled into a high class means more build room.
Toggle whole wheels on/off with the chips up top, or fine-tune every option (plus Country and Manufacturer filters) in the Options tab. When a car type is rolled, only cars of that type can come up.
